I will be speaking about my experience of miscarriage.

It is very emotional and often traumatic time for many of my clients.  In addition to many of them experiencing enormous grief over the loss of their baby, there is also physical impact.  This experience can also rock your relationship boat more than you would ever expect..

While nothing can erase your loss, there are steps you can take in both, the short and long term journey to help you move towards healing and recovery.

You are not alone and one of the things that helped me greatly was to talk and listen to fellow women who went through similar experiences and found the light on the other side.

I will be sharing several ways that helped me add my women thought this very challenging time.
